| Description | This guitar is one of the first Santana SEs that were produced in the PRS factory in Korea. The translucent blue finish is a definite highlight. It's subtle hue gives the instrument a sleek, yet elegant look reminiscent of its high end cousins. The action is low, the neck is wide and fat, and the sound is thick and smooth. Body is made of mahagony and has two chrome covered humbuckers that put out a warm, solid tone. Mahogany has a slightly different tone with warm bass, great sustain, and smooth response. The neck is made of mahogany with a scooped upper bout and controured back. The 22 fret, 25" scale neck with a 10" radius and bound rosewood fretboard is outfitted with fine abalone inlays. Top it off with PRS designed tuners, tremolo, and Santana SE logo on headstock. The hardware and electronics are PRS designed. The dual humbuckers are controlled by a 3-way selector switch and a tone and master volume control. Features: Dual chrome covered humbuckers Set mahogany neck Scooped upper bout and contoured back Rosewood fretboard PRS designed non-locking tuners PRS SE tremolo Santana SE logo on headstock PRS gig bag - straps have come unsewn but can easily be mended NOTE: lower contour has a slight paint blemish; this was present when shipped from the factory and is not very noticeable (the flash makes it more noticeable than it really is) |
