Just got out of a working band last June. Musical differences. When I left, the Band failed and stopped playing. I am looking for a serious band that plays classic Rock, New Rock, and is open to Rockin' Country. If you aren't ready to play out or very near I am not interested. I can sing lead, Harmonize with any one that is on pitch, I play rhythm Guitar as well as some lead. I am Very friendly and personable, I have been the front man for several bands over the years, But I don’t need to be. I have all my own Gear. Just bought a new line 6 and pedal right before the previous band broke up. I also have a 16 channel board and 2400 Watt power amp PA Setup with speakers. Call me if you are interested. Jeff

Getting the itch again but not wanting to play every weekend (couple times per month-max). I wouldn't mind putting something casual together just to jam or something more serious. 10-plus years experience playing bass. Looking to jam with others around my age and possibly form a cover band, if it goes right. Looking to play out only once or twice a month if things do go that route. Just in it to have fun. I'm more comfortable playing with 2 guitarists. I'm a pretty simple player; I play with my fingers and I'm not super fast or too flashy. I'm not a slapper or tapper. I'm no Geddy Lee or Chris Squier; I just fill in the groove and lay it in the pocket. I'm old school, as I play 4 strings only. My influences are classic rock to new rock, such as Judas Priest, Led Zeppelin, Rush, Sammy Hagar, 3 Doors Down, Foo Fighters, etc. I'm not interested in playing in an all-originals band, a tribute band, or an all-Blues band. Also no R&B, Country, Praise/Worship/Christian rock, death metal, or Goth, nor am I looking to do recording sessions. I am NOT a singer or frontman! I'd prefer to stay in St. Charles County.

So here it is in a nutshell, im 31, been playing original stuff and metal music writing and performing since 11. Have been in band. Have played on stage. Have recorded. Financially I'm tapped, wheels are gone,disabled wife that im trying to take care of. Fighting with "the suits". Getting no where, you cant even imagine so dont try. what's up i'm looking to start or join an already formed metal band. I've been playing for 11 years and have some talent with a very good work ethic. I would like to play all originals but I am willing to play covers too. I'm looking for work asap! I'm a crazy guy on stage that really gets the crowd going. I've been playing for a really long time! Previous guitarist for Scapegoat (see link) I know over 500 songs off the top of my head, all in which are great for cover bands and probably stuff you're already playing. I've played all of the "big" venues around the St Louis area. I'm extremley quick to learn! My main music styles are 90's and newer. I do know a lot of 80's and some 70's. Always down to learning something new. Can easily do lead vocals as well if needed. I can hit a lot of high ranges and I know how to carry a tune! (NOT TONE DEAF!!) I have my own Pro Gear. I have a Hughes and Kettner 1/2 stack with a Godin LG Signature, enough FX and my own mic ( and nothing is in pawn or at a friends house or something). I DO NOT have a place to practice, but I know of a place to rent by the hour if needed. I also DO NOT have a PA!! So if you need a guy with one then don't contact me. I'm looking to be playing out ASAP!! Would prefer someone with gigs booked, but if you're ready to go minus guitar and can book shows great! (I also do bookings) I'm an easy guy to get along with, however I'm very sarcastic and at times can be a bit overwhelming, but I think that's the same with all guitarists.
